General Policy
Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange if Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials. All websites and ads must meet admin approval before starting into rotation. We reserve the right to refuse the following prohibited websites and/or sale of items: (a) that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, warez, pornography, financial exploitation, (b) that are considered obscene, (c) that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction, (d) sexually oriented materials or services, (e) firearms, firearm parts or accessories, ammunition, weapons or knives (f) that violate applicable laws or industry regulations regarding the sale of tobacco products or prescription drugs and devices (g)
that involve gambling, gaming, lottery and sweepstakes (whether or not it is legally defined), (h) that relate to sales of narcotics, drug paraphernalia, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety, (i) that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity, (j) and/or that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Adrenalin Rush Traffic Exchange shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
